My experience today, July 3, 2026, with Dennis Moon was exceptional. He answered the phone when I called. He came to my house immediately. He quickly identified the issues and only proposed the necessary options. My AC is fixed, and we're ready for the coming heat wave. Thank you, Dennis!

I recently had to call Moon Heating & Air Conditioning to repair my heat pump, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I contacted them, their team was professional, courteous, and quick to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived on time, fully prepared, and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue with my heat pump.

What impressed me the most was the technician’s thorough explanation of the problem and the repair options. They took the time to walk me through what needed fixing and offered a transparent, fair pricing estimate. The repair itself was done efficiently, and my heat pump is now running like new again.

The team at Moon Heating & Air Conditioning went above and beyond, making sure I understood everything and ensuring the system was operating safely and efficiently before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend Moon Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone in need of heat pump repair. Their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service make them a standout choice!

Dennis Moon did an exceptional job assessing our A/C problem and repairing our Trane A/C. He has so much experience in his field of work. We really appreciate him and would definitely call on him again. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone seeking A/C and ductwork repairs. Thank you Dennis Moon.
